Located at the corner of Miami St and Canal St in the newly renovated Canal Crossing commercial building. We are just down the street from Modoc's Coffee Shop, Market Street Grill, next door to Moon Dog restaurant/bar, and close to all downtown shopping and other restaurants.

The space
This apartment has 6 highly efficient Mitsubishi mini split heating/cooling units throughout the apartment, one in almost every room. Want the bedroom cooler, but living room warmer? No problem!

All new (1 year old now) stainless steel appliances in the kitchen: smooth top slide in range, top refrigerator/bottom pull out freezer, air fryer/microwave combo. Also included is a brand new (1 year old now) large basin washer and dryer in the large laundry room! Almost all new flooring a year ago too.

Master bedroom features a king sized bed and bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. The living room has a large sectional and recliner for plenty of seating, and a 65" LG smart tv, with YT TV cable subscription and plenty of other apps as well.

Several storage closets throughout the apartment allow ample storage for all your things!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1,700 sq ft apartment. The only "shared" space is the foyer below the apt.

We have 5 parking spots in front of the building on Miami Street, on a first come first served basis. Currently we have no dedicated parking. However, it is usually not that hard to find a parking spot nearby.
Additional notes
This building is a commercial retail building with apartments above storefronts. This apt is directly above a retail store.
